You hold one half. We may hold the other.
HENOVERA builds its business with other organisations: suppliers and manufacturers, distributors, technology companies, professional firms and institutions. If yours is one of them, this page says what each side brings and how a partnership starts.

Five kinds of partner, and what each side brings.
A partnership lasts when both sides know what they are getting. This is the trade as we see it, for each kind of partner.
Yours may look different. That is what the first conversation is for.
Suppliers and manufacturers
Companies that make a product and can supply it beyond their home market.
What you bring
A product of consistent quality, and the documentation an importer will ask for.
What HENOVERA brings
Buyer development and local representation in Nigeria and Malaysia. HENOVERA Trade handles distribution on the ground.
Distributors
Companies with sales coverage in a territory and room for another line.
What you bring
Reach in your territory: a sales team, warehousing, and customers who already buy from you.
What HENOVERA brings
Principals and product lines chosen to fit your network, and the commercial terms on which you carry them.
Technology companies
Software and digital-service companies entering Nigeria or Malaysia.
What you bring
A product that works today and a team that can support it in a new market.
What HENOVERA brings
Introductions to buyers and a route to a first pilot, then resale or implementation through HENOVERA Technologies.
Professional-service firms
Legal, tax, audit, logistics, regulatory and specialist advisory practices.
What you bring
Licensed expertise in a market, and the judgement that comes from practising there.
What HENOVERA brings
A defined role in client engagements that need your specialism. Referrals run in both directions.
Institutions
Trade bodies, chambers of commerce, development agencies and universities.
What you bring
A mandate and a membership: trade promotion, enterprise development, research or finance.
What HENOVERA brings
A commercial operator that carries a programme through to signed business between companies in Nigeria and Malaysia.
Five structures, from a referral to shared ownership.
We start with the lightest structure that does the job and move to a deeper one when the business between us justifies it.
Each is put in writing by HENOVERA Partnerships, the operating company that structures and manages our alliances.
Representation and referral
From day oneWe represent your offer in a market, or either side refers an opportunity to the other. Fees and success terms are agreed in writing before anyone makes an introduction.
Distribution and supply
From day oneA supply or distribution agreement for a defined product range and territory. HENOVERA Trade runs it.
Strategic alliance
From day oneA standing agreement to sell and deliver to clients together, with named roles and a shared pipeline.
Licensing
From day oneYour brand or technology licensed into Nigeria or Malaysia. We act as the licensee, or we find one and manage the relationship.
Joint venture
After a working relationshipA jointly owned company for one market or product, formed only with a partner we have already done business with.
The same standard in both directions.
We ask of a partner what we expect a partner to ask of us. Both lists are short, and neither is negotiable.
What we look for
- A product, service or mandate that already works in at least one market.
- Decision-makers in the conversation from the start.
- Company records and references ready for diligence.
- A real interest in Nigeria or Malaysia, or in trade between them.
- A long view. We would rather build one partnership properly than sign ten.
What you can expect from us
- A straight answer on fit, including when the answer is no.
- Terms in writing before any work or introduction.
- One accountable contact at HENOVERA Partnerships.
- Your information kept confidential, under a non-disclosure agreement where you want one.
- Candour about our stage. We are a new group with two founding markets, and we will not claim reach we do not have.
How a partnership starts.
Five steps, taken in order. Either side can stop at any of them without obligation.
Inquiry
You send the short form below. HENOVERA Partnerships reads it.
A conversation about fit
A call between decision-makers on both sides: what each holds, and what each lacks.
Diligence, both ways
We check your standing and you check ours: records, references and compliance.
Structure and terms
We agree which of the five structures fits and put the terms in writing.
Launch
A first piece of real business, with a named owner on each side and a date to review it.
Send a partnership inquiry.
A short form. Enough for us to see whether a conversation is worth your time and ours.

If we see an exchange worth exploring, the next step is a call between decision-makers on both sides. If we do not, we will say so.
