HENOVERA is new. The teams in Lagos and Kuala Lumpur are small, and we add someone only when there is work that needs them.
What working here involves
Four things are true of every role, whichever operating company it sits in.
The work runs between two cities.
Lagos and Kuala Lumpur are seven hours apart. Most engagements involve both, so you will have colleagues and clients in each, and some calls at awkward hours.
You stay with what you start.
Our method runs from the first diagnosis through delivery to review. If you help structure a partnership, you are still on it when the results are measured.
Briefs are wide.
A lean parent and six operating companies leave few layers. The person who does the analysis may also draft the terms, then sit in the client meeting and defend them.
We describe things as they are.
We tell clients what exists today and what does not. The same applies inside HENOVERA, including when the honest answer is that we do not know yet.
